- At request advocacy and coordination with referring businesses, on behalf of our members to ensure all services are completed as intended.
- 10% off Bando’s Haven, all pet products and services.
- Bando's Haven offers additional services, requested and agreed upon with clients under the service guidelines of Bando's Haven.
- Up to a 72 Hour response time, for our members regarding any pet matter.
Bando's Haven Member Fees and Payments
- For our Monthly subscribers there will be a monthly charge of $15.00 to keep your subscription active.
- For our Annual subscribers, a One-Time charge of $100 will be required to keep your subscription active.
- NO AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS.
- A payment reminder will be sent monthly to all members, to ensure active membership fee is secured.
Pet Care Service Information
- Final services and prices varies by client's individual needs.
- A detailed invoice will be provided following all client services, and for any deposits collected.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- All cancelled or rescheduled services with less than 24 hours notice will require a true non-refundable retainer to re-book future services.
- (50%) Deposits are required for future appointments for no shows, cancellations, or reschedules.
- All retainers and deposits are non refundable, and non transferable.
Credits and Refunds
- All returns, credit, and refunds are at the discretion and approval of Bando's Haven, LLC. Owner.

Our mission is to promote pet care well-being, provide immediate solutions, and protect the rights of every animal in the city of Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
Bando’s Haven provides 1:1 counseling to pet owners, and pet professionals to find their next specialist/client or product. This will reduce cost and time spent researching care for said pet. In addition to counseling we accommodate our clients/partners by providing advocacy, DVM, and Pet Care referrals. We will also provide any additional services agreed upon between clients and Bando's Haven, following our service guidelines. Various pet care products will be sold through Bando’s Haven.

Whew! Here we go, here's a little background on myself.
I am 25 years old, and I have been caring for animals since as earliest as I can remember. Growing up in Philadelphia in a home with a big family, I have came in contact with various kinds animals. Being who I am, I have tended to the needs of hamsters, guinea pigs, pigmy pigs, turtles, geckos, snakes, bearded dragons, birds, cats, dogs.., the list goes on lol. Building these relationships with animals have been so rewarding, now as an adult, I have made the decision to adopt my own family and we have been together for 2 coming up on 3 years now. Bando Creed (Doggie), Chloe Dior (Kitty), and Cyn (Beardie) are apart of my top priorities. I understand your concern when caring for the needs of your family and looking for the right people and products to do the same.
